SAPROPERTY.COM EXPANDING TERRITORIES, LOOKING FOR DEDICATED PROPERTY PROFESSIONALS IN KEY AREAS

A year has passed since SAProperty.com announced its rebranding and intention to position itself better to service their international clientele as well as targeting the rest of South Africa (instead of the niche areas they have dealt with thus far).
Now, the directors of the company are taking a “giant leap forward”, in announcing that they will expanding and are looking for agents in key areas all over the Western Cape as well as further north, in Gauteng.
Michael Bauer, managing director of SAProperty.com, said this week that the plan is to open satellite offices to serve areas on the Atlantic Seaboard, Western Seaboard, the Helderberg, the southern and northern suburbs of Cape Town, and Cape Peninsula.
SAProperty.com’s Midrand office is now established and there is a need for a team leader in that area.
“We are looking for young, like-minded agents who want to work “out of the box” and are driven to succeed,” said Bauer.
SAProperty.com’s clientele includes buyers and tenants from Portugal, Italy, the USA, the UK, Germany and from other parts of Europe and Africa.
“With buyer and tenant profiles such as these it makes sense for us to expand our range of properties available to them, which would mean broadening the net of areas from which to choose as well,” said Bauer.
